About SaaS
Software as a Service (SaaS) is a software distribution model or platform where applications are hosted by a service provider (say company) and made available to customers over the internet. This approach eliminates the need for businesses to install and maintain software on their own servers, reducing costs and complexity. Due to the cloud based architecture, SaaS market is expected to continue growing as more businesses and companies adopt these solutions. The good thing is that you can integrate artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) into SaaS applications to enhance the capabilities of the platform which in turn provide more value to users.
